Can I order it as a gift using a photo of someone else's pet?
Yes. Any clear photo of the dog or cat works, and you see the finished kimono, front and back, before you buy.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and markings are easy to see. One or two photos is plenty.
Can I include two pets?
Yes. Add a second photo and describe them both.
Will it arrive before the holidays?
Kimonos are printed and sewn to order. Production and shipping usually take 3–4 weeks from proof approval. Order by November 20 for Christmas delivery.Order as early as you can; we can't guarantee holiday delivery.
What if I don't love any of the designs?
Not quite right? You get 3 rounds of designs ("Show me 3 more" twice), then 2 tweaks on your favourite, all free. Your earlier designs stay on the page. Still not right? Our designers will make it for you, free, with a proof within 1 business day. You only pay if you order.
Is it washable?
Care instructions come with your kimono. The print is part of the fabric, not a sticker on top.
